NICCO double hung timber windows feature two vertically sliding sashes within the frame, offering superior ventilation and functionality by allowing the direction of air through the top and/or bottom. Open both top and bottom sashes to form a convection air current, where cooler air flows in from the bottom whilst warm air vents from the top. They can also be arranged so only one sash moves over a fixed sash or glass. They suit both contemporary and traditional applications, can be custom made to any opening size and are available with concealed spiral balances, counter balances or traditional box frame construction with weights and cords.
